Registration and Payment
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans
Do I need to enter my credit card upon signup?
No. You can sign up and use Flow for 30 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you hopefully decide to use Flow, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details. Upgrades and downgrades don't qualify for a
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account from your account control panel. Please note that cancelling your account deletes all your data and terminates your subscription without a refund.
How long are your contracts?
Flow plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual or quarterly plan.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time.
What is your refund policy?
If you change your plan and your charge is greater than the credit (plus your current balance), you will be charged the difference. If the credit is greater than the
charge, then you will have a credit on your account that will be applied to your next renewal charge. If you cancel your account or your subscription, you won't be
billed again but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.
What is a test?
A test is a standardized and easy to perform bundle of exercises which evaluates your strengths and weak spots as an athlete. Based on
the results of these tests, FLOW creates a customized training plan that will make you see progress you did not even think was possible.
What is a level?
FLOW uses so called levels from 1 to 5 and color codes from red, orange, yellow, blue to green to show you your current performance state for several
testing categories. Moreover, your level and individual score on each test allows you to compare yourself between your friends, team members and athletes all over the world.
What is a generated training plan?
A generated FLOW training plan is an individual, tailored training plan for you, based on your latest test results and our identified strengths
and weaknesses. You can choose between training plans for 8, 12, 16 and 20 weeks. All training plans are made out of our vast exercise portfolio
with detailed descriptions and HD video support.
What is a on-demand training session?
A on-demand training session enables you to perform a quick single workout to your personal needs. Select between standard and conditioning
training and the available amount of time you have and start your training right away.
What is a professional training plan?
The professional training plan tool allows trainers and coaches to compose individual, detailed, HD video supported training plans out of the
FLOW training portfolio and enables you as an athlete to receive these training plans. Moreover the creator of the plan is able to monitor your
progress within the training plan and support you whenever you need help.
Statistics and Social Features
What statistics do I get?
Basic statistics on testing enables you to view your last test results and compare them with others. Moreover you get an
overview of your training progression including the number of hours spent overall, number of finished sessions and other
key figures. The extended version of our FLOW statistics gives you an even more detailed insight of your testing results
and training progression with analysis of training hours on specific training categories.
